Education & Training

Proton offers a variety of products and services to assist organisations and individuals to obtain the skills to create a better future in their communities. Training courses, seminars and summits take place throughout the year in various locations around the world, providing opportunities for both leadership and personal development.

Specialised programmes are also available to assist young people who are at risk of exclusion or dropping out of mainstream education, or young adults who are not in employment, education or training.

NEW The Proton Foundation are now able to offer internship placements in partnership with elevate.

Leadership Development

Proton will consult with organisations and groups in the area of leadership development, offering courses and training programmes that will help achieve desired goals. Current courses include:

  • Proton is currently offering courses in conjunction with the Pacific Institute. Scholarships are available upon application for the Investment in Excellence and STEPS Courses. Scholarships are awarded to applicants who demonstrate potential and have the greatest financial need.
  • Turn the Curve is a new half day event being offered by the Proton Foundation. This event will awaken the heart for sociocultural community transformation.

Personal Development

Proton offers training courses and seminars to help individual personal development. Current events include:

  • Be Your Best - this new course is designed to  give participants an opportunity to take a fresh look at their lives and provides the basis for improving personal effectiveness in key areas of choice, eg career; relationships etc.
  • Kingdom Business Summits - designed to inspire and mobilise you in all dimensions of your life and business; to equip you to fulfil your potential and influence your world.
  • Wealth Creation Summits will encourage and equip those gifted to create wealth.
  • Mastering Money is a two day seminar in the basics of money management.
  • Dreamcatchers Reach Programme aims at increasing the aspirations and skill-base of young people not currently in education, employment or training.
    Breakthrough Programme (developed by the Pacific Institute) aims to help young teenagers get back on track at school.
