How to Create a Business Plan

Up to 32 business and potential business people attended the half day seminar on March 14 in Constanta, Romania. The event was hosted in partnership with Proton and Ben Kubassek. We had previously seen the need for training on how to put together a business plan, and the hope that this seminar would help budding romanian entrepreneurs to compile a comprehensive, concise business plan that can be submitted and accepted by international partners.

Amongst the participants were businessmen and women involved in a multitude of ventures and industries such as construction, tourism, cosmetics (using natural products) agriculture, chicken farms, printing press, growing flowers, heating systems, candy and bakery shops, and many more. Ben Kubassek presented a step-by-step procedure to fill in the forms and taught on cashflow forecast, evaluating the costs and the assets.

The Seminar was interactive and the learning outcome was extremely positive with many of those present obtaining a brand new perspective and the skills needed to put together a business plan that will enable them to clearly communicate their plans and objectives to gain the financial backing needed.
