King’s Construction: Strength to Strength

King’s Construction Company is based in Constanta, Romania and is currently in its second successful year of development and is thriving as can be seen by the extraordinary phenomena of “pre-build selling” of the properties along with the continued interest in this project.

Proton Foundation representatives recently visited the project and saw how this organization is progressing from strength to strength. Homes are continuing to be built, the “pre-build selling” taking place is a positive indication that this project is meeting the needs of the local people. King’s Construction build specifically with the interests of young families in mind; the homes being at a purchasable rates while the profits from this project are generating resource for community regeneration activities in Romania. Considering the level of interest in their project’s development, Kings Construction are looking at the possibility of acquiring for purchase land in close proximity to their current location that they will build on and continue meeting the needs of this local community.

King’s Construction Update

After one operational year as a company we are excited to report one house has been built and sold with the second ready to be sold.

Upon the sale of the second house we will to continue to further develop this Kingdom based company. It looks after the first year that 10% of all generated profits will be put into ministry inside Romania and 50% of those will assist in church planting. We are hugely excited at the progress after just twelve months and year two looks likely to be more significant and substantial in terms of expanding the company and increasing the influence. We are developing homes with young families able to afford at purchasable rates as well as generating resource for holistic activities in Romania.
