STEPS to Excellence Taster Sessions

NEXT COURSE 29/30 MARCH 2010 - PLACES STILL AVAILABLE
The Proton Foundation is registered with The Pactific Institute (TPI) to deliver programmes which we believe can bring real transformation to individuals, teams, companies and organisations. In March, The Proton Foundation is offering the opportunity for organisational leaders and business managers to experience firsthand the personal impact of the STEPS to Excellence training programme before considering how this may benefit their organisations and enhance their services.

About the Pacific Institute:

Over the last four decades, the Pacific Institute (TPI) have been making a massive difference to the performance of organisations and communities across the world by working with leaders to create organisations that turn potential into performance. TPI operate on the basis that everyone has tremendous and very often underutilised potential. Our Personal Alignment processes provide deep understanding as to how we limit ourselves or allow the release of that potential. TPI processes work across the spectrum of society and in a multiplicity of sectors including education, health, local and central government, community regeneration and criminal justice. The relevant processes enjoy the same success with business and community leaders or chief executives as it does with young people and long-term unemployed.

About the Taster Course:

We have negotiated an opportunity to offer the STEPS to Excellence programme to organisational leaders in the form of a taster session and we would highly recommend that you consider experiencing firsthand the impact of this course personally before looking at how the material could strategically best add value to your support staff and organisation's development.

The course will be facilitated by Jim Dunn, Project Manager of the TPI Europe Corporate Team and also a nationally recognised Management Training Consultant. The course will be fast tracked over two days.
