Franchise Conference: Romania
In January the Proton Foundation, working in partnership with Kyros Franchising Ltd, hosted two Business conferences in Romania, exploring and unpacking the potential opportunities for franchising in Europe.

enVISION10 is an inspirational one-day conference to engage entrepreneurs, business leaders, managers and owners with strategy and with each other.
Building Collective Momentum
On January 5, sixteen representatives from eight organisations came together at Grovelands House, home of the Proton Foundation to connect, share stories and discuss issues relevant to our collective work of social enterprise in the United Kingdom.
TPI Opportunities Update
We are excited about the growing ambit of opportunities that we are seeing opening to our partnership with the Pacific Institute (TPI). We are currently offering a STEPS taster programme to a number of UK based clients which could yield opportunities with various UK-based NGOs and faith-based organisations; we are also dialoguing with Her Majesty’s Prison Service and exploring options for using STEPS amongst young offenders in the UK. In Macedonia, proposals are in development, for training and teaching of TPI based material through the office of the President of Macedonia which could lead to initiatives sponsored by the government of Macedonia.

The Proton Foundation is registered with The Pactific Institute (TPI) to deliver programmes which we believe can bring real transformation to individuals, teams, companies and organisations. In March, The Proton Foundation is offering the opportunity for organisational leaders and business managers to experience firsthand the personal impact of the STEPS to Excellence training programme before considering how this may benefit their organisations and enhance their services.
