Kings Construction Update 2

King’s Construction Company is based in Constanta, Romania and is currently in its second successful year of development and is thriving as can be seen by the extraordinary phenomena of “pre-build selling” of the properties along with the continued interest in this project.

Proton Foundation representatives recently visited the project and saw how this organization is progressing from strength to strength. Homes are continuing to be built, the “pre-build selling” taking place is a positive indication that this project is meeting the needs of the local people.

King’s Construction build specifically with the interests of young families in mind; the homes being at a purchasable rates while the profits from this project are generating resource for community regeneration activities in Romania. Considering the level of interest in their project’s development, Kings Construction are looking at the possibility of acquiring for purchase land in close proximity to their current location that they will build on and continue meeting the needs of this local community.
