Team Leader : Education, Training & Development

Full or Part-time 2 Year Contract / UK Based / Self-funded

The purpose of this position is to champion, direct and oversee the work of the Foundation in the service area of Education, Training and Development (ETD), in order to assist the organisation to achieve its charitable aims and objectives.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To promote the work of the Foundation, specifically championing the area of ETD and profiling the services provided.

2. To develop and oversee the Foundation’s consultation, coaching and mentoring services, bringing oversight and direction to the international team of Proton consultants and training facilitators.

3. To identify potential clients and beneficiaries of the Foundation’s training and consultation services.

4. To develop a portfolio of training courses and consultation services.

5. To develop policies and procedures in relation to the delivery of ETD services.

6. To identify and build a network of global training partners.

7. To explore, identify and secure relevant funding streams to support the delivery of the organisation’s ETD services.

8. To coordinate the set up and running of training courses and monitor that all training is delivered according to the Foundation’s, policies, procedures and quality standards.

9. To pursue accreditation for the Foundation as an nationally/internationally recognised training provider.

10. To manage the financial budget for the service area, determining pricing structures for training and consultation service delivery.

11. To carry out other tasks commensurate to the post as directed by the Foundation’s Directors.
