Team Leader : Community Regeneration

The purpose of this position is to champion, direct and oversee the work of the Foundation in the service area of Community Regeneration (CR), in order to assist the organisation to achieve its charitable aims and objectives.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To promote the work of the Foundation, specifically championing the area of community regeneration and transformation.

2. To oversee feasibility studies and the development and delivery of community regeneration projects that align with the organisation’s aims and objectives.

3. To develop policies and procedures in relation to the management and delivery of CR projects.

4. To identify and build a network of global community regeneration partners.

5. To explore, identify and secure relevant funding streams to support the delivery of the organisation’s CR projects.

6. To oversee project management and recruit and manage a project management team(s) for specific community regeneration projects.

7. To manage the financial budget for the service area and determine budgets for specific projects.

8. To carry out other tasks commensurate to the post as directed by the Foundation’s Directors.
