CEO Franchise Holding Company - Bulgaria

Full-time 3 year contact / Bulgaria based / initially self-funded

The purpose of this key executive position is to work with Kyros Franchising to oversee the set up and operation of a National Holding Company in Bulgaria introducing franchise concepts into the national market.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of Kyros Franchising:

  1. Manage the process of Master Licence identification and acquisition in conjunction with international team
  2. Prepare robust business plan for entry of chosen MF concept into Bulgaria – this will include the reward package for the CEO!
  3. Recruit ‘team’ for launch of ‘pilot’ operation
  4. Direct launch of Pilot and subsequent rollout of franchised units.
  5. Communite to keystakeholders
  6. Maintain focus of all involved on key objectives of the project:
    • Creating training and employment opportunities for the marginalized
    • Delivering outstanding service to customers
    • Creating wealth for all stakeholders
  7. Manage and be accountable for all financial aspects of the project (in conjunction with international partners) – from the securing of Romanian/European funding to management of international resources.
