Austrian Leadership Academy

Friday, February 8, 2008 marked the beginning of the monthly Leadership Academy weekend in Vienna, Austria, run by Gianni Gaeta & Gowan Wheeler (Vision for Austria). Guest speaker, Ian Green came to present his wisdom and experience to a group of 22 emerging leaders doing the two year course through a series of seminars and Q&A sessions. Ian spoke with passion on the topic of ‘What is Faith?’ leaving the students with a tangible sense of faith levels having been raised. They were excited and impatient to reach for their best no matter the cost! Among other things, he stressed the importance of personal growth to remain fresh and encouraged them not only to think new but do new in order to be more effective leaders. Through his unconventional thinking, motivational and practical teaching, drawing on powerful life stories, they were greatly inspired to live generously and with integrity.
