Identify and Invest: Business Entrepreneurs
Steve Holmes was one of the guest speaker at the EuroSummit conference in Poland, and led an inspirational session regarding individuals that believe they are called to be Business Entrepreneurs for Kingdom growth. Sessions covered How to steward wealth creation and tithing, Identify and investing in kingdom and secular business opportunities, Recognising individuals and organisational talent, Business to create wealth. The programme is linked together with spiritual development.
Steve’s business history and currents project are a testament in itself that there is a calling from God for gifted individuals to create wealth in business and to then be released into different ministries and the kingdom of God growth, as well as positively and directly effecting local communities. Steve went on to detail how God has blessed this ministry through his co-founded and partnership business ventures. The Genesis Centre is funded by East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA), Coalfields Regeneration Trust and European Social Funds with an objective of developing social capital through social enterprise.
“A Social Enterprise is defined as a business with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are re-invested for that purpose in the business or in the community, rather than being driven by the need to deliver profit to shareholders and owners”
Our commitment is to the community, to add to its social and economic strength, working with new and established businesses, with able and less able people to create wealth, employment and new opportunities for growth.
