About Jim Dunn

Jim Dunn is a former Group Senior Manager who had responsibilities for employee and learning development in a major international company. Currently he consults with U.K. companies, Education establishments and Community groups on organisation and employee development matters that include team working, culture change, leadership and personal development. He is widely recognised as a communicator and skills developer. He is also a local church leader and is active within his own fellowship and across the denominations in the area where he lives. Jim is a graduate of Glasgow University – an Engineer who has spent most of his life working with people. He is the author of several books including teenage fiction, biographical sketches, ‘The Effective Leader’, ‘The Smart Guide to Work’ and ‘God’s Wisdom for your Money’, all written from an ethical/semi-spiritual angle. Jim’s thinking and lifestyle is influenced by his Christian beliefs. He keeps two types of journal and orients his life by performing a simple ritual at the beginning of each day.
