Ian is based in Warwickshire, England and is married to Judith, they have two children, Sophie and Morgan.

Since Ian founded Next Level International in 1992, NLI has become a progressive global organisation with established offices in The United Kingdom, New Zealand, United States and Canada. With more recently founding The Proton Foundation Ian is actively fulfilling his vision to see positive cultures created in cities and communities around the globe. He is a sought after conference speaker who travels internationally on a regular basis.
