About Steve Melnichuk

Steve Melnichuk is based in Bedworth, Warwickshire, UK. He is married to Michelle and has 3 children. Steve is the Director of Leadership Development for Next Level International which sees him travel across Europe in a consulting, teaching and facilitating role working with community and church leadership groups in the promotion of successful communities. He also has significant experience in teaching, facilitating and consulting in community based organizations in Eastern Canada and Eastern United States. Steve graduated from Master’s College and Seminary in 1992 with a Bth in Religious studies and is presently pursuing a MA in Leadership Development.

While in Canada Steve was integral in launching “Rebound”. A community oriented program for youth that involved getting them off the streets in a sports training event and educational program in conjunction with the local school district.

While in the USA Steve was integral in starting the “Apple’s Core” drop in center for homeless people in lower Manhattan where the program consisted of job training, addiction issues and community involvement. All the above experiences plus the desire to see people empowered and released to be all they can be helps Steve bring his best to the facilitation role.
