Damian Harries has in excess of ten years experience in the transport and distribution industry in the UK and Europe where he worked in sales, process design and as an IT Business Analyst and Project Manager. Before taking responsibility for heading up operations at a large UK community church.

He is a director at Xspansion; a small business providing project management, analysis and research, and training services. Damian is motivated by the desire to add value and see others grow and develop.

He is incredibly capable at grasping the core issue of a complex situations, both technically and organizationally, and then taking the information that he has gathered, and coming up with a clearly reasoned and logical way forward.

He is always popular with his team mates and will invariably work to mentor or coach those that are around him, both formally and informally.
