Richard Lannon is based in Calgary, Canada.
He has over 22 years of professional corporate business experience. He has extensive senior management, leadership and resource development expertise and excels at helping companies to plan, manage and mentor their resources. Richard is experienced in providing training and coaching in market research, sales and marketing and business planning. As a professional facilitator, corporate trainer and coach, Richard is focused on work management discipline, business effectiveness and professional skills acquisition. His efforts have resulted in enhanced business performance through increased resource productivity.
At university level Richard was involved in the development of businesses that enhanced Adult Learning (adults returning to School – Mature Students), YMCA Fellowship Program responsible for community outreach programs for developing city-core programs to get young adults off the streets, functioning and making a living. These government sponsored programs included “get a job” or “start a business”. Richard is a consultant to MKS Learning, for the government sponsored micro enterprise program which seeks to support small business people in the development of their companies.
Richard has been involved in assisting business start ups and has developed a program providing entrepreneurial group support for small business people.
Richard was also an executive member of a High School Board responsible for funding development for student business ventures and other funding development and promotion activities. Richard has built and sold four companies.
