About Al Downey

Al lives in Alberta, Canada, with his wife Yvonne. They have two grown sons.

For over 26 years he has served as a leader/director for a national Christian organization, holding senior leadership and executive roles.

Al is also presently serving as the Director of Next Level International Canada, a non-profit organization working to develop community leaders in eastern and central Europe.

Al received his post secondary education in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada at the Central Pentecostal College and the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, majoring in theology, 20th century European history and literature.

He has traveled extensively in North America, Africa and Europe helping to train and equip men and women for leadership roles. In the past, he has served as part of the adjunct faculty of Vanguard (Northwest) College, instructing in the area of leadership development.
