About Bill Howell

Bill Howell is based in South Bend, Indiana, USA. He is married to Linda and they have grown up children. Bill has extensive experience in the area of business management, training, mentorship and leadership development. He is currently the National Director of Next Level International USA, a non-profit organization working in central and eastern Europe.

Bill achieved his B.S. in Business in May 1976, from Indiana University (Indianapolis, IN). He also has an M.A. in Biblical Literature.

On leaving college Bill spent some time working in accounting and finance, developing and creating financial systems and processes. Bill has extensive experience in developing and delivering leadership training programmes, mentoring leaders and coordinating national and regional initiatives. He is an experienced business manager and senior leader, having had organizational responsibility for the oversight of staff and financial budgets. He is co-founder of CURE (Community United for Racial Equality)

Bill has been part of the development team for City Plan, a 20 year master plan for the city of South Bend. He has also been a member of Vision for Transformation – a re-envisioning programme which includes providing mentorship for senior leaders. He also co-chairs Children’s Relief Network – a non-profit organization working with street children in Bucharest, Romania.
