Steps to Excellence for Personal Success

Recent STEPS Course
On the week of January 21 2008, Proton Foundation and “Steve Melnichuk(Steve Melnichuk):http://www.protonfoundation.com/article194.html facilitated the STEPS course to a diverse group of individuals. These individuals hailed from many different nationalities and walks of life. This was a great success as conveyed by the testimonies of the participants:

“STEPS was a great opportunity to equip me with the necessary thinking-oriented skills set to be successful at what I do. It helps weed out negative and untruthful beliefs while all the while instilling positive thought and affirming processes… As a person whom has recently completed the STEPS programme from TPI, I would certainly recommend it to anyone who is interested in expanding their mindset and vision with some key breakthrough thinking skills.” –Janelle

“I found steps to be a very enlightening course, in which I learned a lot about why I do what I do. It addresses the root of the issues you want changed, and gives you practical methods in which you can achieve that goal… found it definitely to be a worthwhile investment of my time and energy. It is definitely something that I would recommend to friends all over.” –Connie

“I walked away from STEPS feeling empowered. It created an understanding and self-awareness of my thought patterns and how they affect my future. Overall, I believe it will become an invaluable tool to reference as I move forward in to the dreams I’ve had in my heart where perhaps previously I would have limited myself. STEPS affirms that all things are possible and the mind is the greatest battlefield to achieving my goals.” -Jennifer

“Taking STEPS was a great opportunity to continue my own journey to greater
self-awareness. I knew my time had been well spent when recently I was able
to share a principle I had learned and applied with benefit – confident it
would be helpful.” – Linda

As with the STEPS program, the responsibility is very much left with the individual to implement the courses findings in their own life. For those who do take onboard the information and are motivated to put it into action, their lives are invariably changed and for those who don’t outwork it, they are still challenged in their current mentality and are encouraged to raise their level of expectation for their personal and professional lives.

The Proton Foundation believes that the personal development training facilitated through The Pacific Institute programs allow individuals to; realise their current mindset, assess their goals and aspirations and provides tools to enable them to achieve success in any environment that they are engaged in.

Past delegates said:

“It was a fantastic investment as both of us came away from the program believing that we can do more in our lives, in our marriage and in our family.” -Sheldon & Anna Armitage

“I was left with a greater sense of belief in myself. I gained so much from the course, it helps me to understand and recognise when negativity is projected onto my life and enlightened me on how to avoid it becoming part of my belief system. Truly a remarkable course. Now my responsibility is to get cracking and implement the tools to a greater degree in my life.” -Steph Lambert

“Lots of courses focus on changing your behavior, then your thinking and ultimately your life. However, STEPS switches the process around and focussed on changing your thinking, then your behaviour and thus your life. My beliefs and thinking are more powerful than I had realized. This in turn, affects my perceptions and reality, which then means I have much more control over where I am and what I am doing than what I had previously thought. STEPS gave me the knowledge and background on why I am the way I am, which is where many courses stop. However, STEPS took me further by giving tools which actually show me how to change.” -Christine Santostefano
