The Proton Foundation was built out of a passion to create positive cultures in business, families, society and cities.|

The founders of the charity, Ian and Judith Green, had, over a numbers of years, been immersed in cultures (largely in eastern and central Europe) that had become naturally negative, observing firsthand the incredible debilitating effect this has on individuals, families, communities and nations. Initially recognising a need to facilitate and develop teaching and training materials that would best help people with a major mind shift, it became apparent that sustainable resources, social enterprises and missional businesses were also needed. The Proton Foundation continues to be innovative, inspiring and single-minded towards achieving its mission statement. |
